90 Day Challenge

Tomorrow I’ll be joining Steve and some other folks on a 90 day challenge. This time instead of doing Power 90X I will be just focusing on getting out and doing some things for 90 days. I am going to have weekly goals. Each week I want to:

Ride my bike 3 or more times.

Walk/hike/run 5 miles at least twice. This will be a good chance to get out with Levi and spend some time in the frest air. So far our walks have been pretty nice, so I’m looking forward to making more time for this.

Lift weights 2 times a week. I don’t do this enough and this should motivate me to make it happen.

Do yoga twice a week. This one is harder to get done because the only Yoga workout I have is P90X and it’s an hour and a half and I have to motivate myself to get started. Ironically it’s probably the best for me, pretty fun and will help with everything else I’m trying to do.

Right now my weight is down to 225, which is about 10 pounds less than a month ago when Levi was born. Crazy, but I guess that kids can be good weight loss tools. Although most of that was the 4 or 5 days spent in the hospital where I just plain didn’t eat enough.

So, let’s see how the next 90 days turn out.
